What I Do
I work with adolecents age 16 and up and with adults. I address a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to:

ADHD

Boundary challenges
Relationship difficulties
Trauma and abuse
Spirituality Issues
Self-esteem and empowerment
Parenting challenges
Adjustment to the changes that life brings
My Approach
I use a psychodynamic and emotion/body focused approach.
